Delivery is made by courier with tracking.
All orders will be processed and shipped the next working day, or next working day after payment is cleared (if you pay via bank transfer) if all items are in stock.

1. Online with credit/debit card
If you have chosen the "Online banking card" payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secured payment processor page - Netopia Mobilpay.

2. Bank Transfer
You have the option to pay your order with bank transfer (online banking). The payment will be made according to the proforma we will send you by email, after we confirm that your ordered products are available and ready to be shipped.
The proforma invoice is valid for 3 days. Your order will be shipped after we have confirmation that the payment is received in our bank account.
To be able to associate your payment with your order it is necessary that you write the proforma invoice number in the payment details field.

3. Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order on delivery, to the courier. This payment option is available ONLY for orders delivered in Romania.
